Correct! We won’t ask for credit card details until you decide to purchase CashFlowMapper. You can cancel at any time during the trial period.

You’ll be prompted to convert your trial into a paid subscription. 

Pricing is based per workspace, and you can have an unlimited amount of cash flow forecasts per workspace.

Regardless of the number of workspaces (which store as many forecasts as you need) or users you have, you have full access to all the features of CashFlowMapper. The only exception is that 30-day trial users have a maximum of 3 plans.

Most people are operational with CFM within 30-45 minutes, but if you ever need help, it’s free.

CashFlowMapper works with selected accounting systems including Xero and QuickBooks. However, CFM does not require you to use specific accounting systems, or indeed any accounting systems at all for you to get the full benefit of the software.

CFM has API links to selected accounting systems. These links import bank balances and / or outstanding debtors and creditors, complete with their due dates and consumption tax components.
